Sheridan's Ride Painting Restoration Completed

We are proud to announce that we have had our premier display of Sheridan's Ride fully restored.

The restoration project was performed by Emily Phillips Art Conservation from New York. This project will preserve this historic painting for our next generations.

Here is a picture of our Wednesday volunteers. We sincerely appreciate all of our volunteers and look forward to posting all of their pictures. Without our volunteers we would not be able to remain open or make the improvements we do daily.

New Display Chaplain's Pump Organ

Another new item we have just put on display is this pump organ. It is an Esley Organ Corp pumper built in Brattleboro VT. It is a chaplain's pump organ YR 1850 S/N 74 box type and may have been on a WW II ship? This artifact is in excellent condition and was donated by a navy chaplain.

New F16A Display

We have just recently added an F16A to our external displays. The Green Mountain Boys moved this fighter jet to our facility at Camp Johnson on 9/22/11 at 12:00 am.
